Treating the Biological Roots of Anxiety

Anxiety is more than "stress"β€”it is a physiological over-activation of the nervous system. Our psychiatrist-led team focuses on down-regulating the amygdala and stabilizing the HPA axis to provide lasting relief from panic and dread.

Evidence-Based Stabilization:

We combine high-level Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to give you immediate mastery over your symptoms.

Our Anxiety Treatment Programs

Acute Stabilization

High-Intensity IOP

Designed for individuals struggling with debilitating panic attacks or agoraphobia who require daily clinical immersion.

Professional Schedule | 6pm-9pm

Evening Anxiety IOP

Specialized track for high-performing professionals and executives to manage "burnout" and high-functioning anxiety.

Maintenance Care

Outpatient Support

Ongoing clinical support focused on preventing relapse and mastering long-term nervous system regulation.

Therapy Session

Beyond Talk Therapy

Traditional once-a-week therapy is often insufficient for acute anxiety. We provide a biological "reset" using advanced modalities designed for rapid symptom reduction.

Specialized Anxiety Tools:
  • CBT for Panic Disordered Thinking
  • DBT Distress Tolerance Skills
  • Psychiatrist-Led Medication Optimization
  • Neurological Regulation Training

Anxiety Treatment & Admissions FAQ

Information for patients and families in New Jersey.

Treatment Science
What is the difference between "stress" and clinical anxiety?
While stress is a response to an external threat, clinical anxiety is a persistent internal state of "High Alert." Our program works to move your nervous system from the Sympathetic (Fight/Flight) state back to the Parasympathetic (Rest/Digest) state.
Do I have to take medication?
Medication is a tool, not a requirement. Our psychiatrists evaluate each patient to determine if biological support is necessary to lower "baseline" anxiety so that therapy can be effective.
Smooth Admissions Process
How do I start treatment?
Our 3-step process:
1. Discovery Call: 10-minute confidential consultation.
2. Insurance Verification: Our team verifies benefits within 2 hours.
3. Assessment: Clinical meeting to start care, often within 48 hours.
Is this covered by my insurance?
Yes. We work with most major commercial providers (Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, United) and handle all the authorization paperwork for you.
Program Logistics
What is an Evening Anxiety IOP?
It is an Intensive Outpatient Program that meets 3 nights a week (6pm-9pm). This allows you to stay in your professional role or keep your daytime commitments while receiving the equivalent of weeks of therapy in just a few days.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes. We operate a boutique, non-hospital facility designed for discretion. We follow strict HIPAA protocols to ensure your treatment remains entirely confidential.
