Veteran Outpatient Mental Health Program

Clinically Driven. Mission Minded.

Transitioning to Sustainable Wellness

Traditional mental health care often creates a "gap" between clinical stability and civilian success. Our veteran outpatient mental health program is specifically designed to bridge that gap. By utilizing high-intensity treatment schedules that allow you to live at home, we provide the tools to manage symptoms in real-time within your natural environment.

In 2026, the VA has streamlined community care access for mental health. If you are facing a drive time longer than 30 minutes to a VAMC, or a wait time longer than 20 days, you are entitled to access our private outpatient services in Massachusetts at 100% coverage.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)

The "Day Program" model. This is our most intensive outpatient track, running 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week. It serves as a tactical alternative to residential care, offering daily psychiatric oversight and multiple therapeutic groups focused on acute stabilization.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

A flexible track designed for veterans transitioning back to work or school. Meeting 3 days a week for 3 hours per session, IOP focuses on long-term trauma processing, relapse prevention, and reintegration skills.

The Healing Heroes Pathway

At Resilience, we handle the clinical science—the diagnosis, the medications, and the trauma processing. But Healing Heroes is where the clinical work meets the veteran community. It is a dedicated space where your recovery is supported by a brotherhood of peers who speak your language and share your values.

Take the Next Step: Explore our specialized environment where elite clinical care meets military camaraderie.

  • Executive Functioning for Vets: Retraining the brain for civilian productivity and focus.
